I’m Jasmin, and I teach Pilates. My journey with Pilates began over 10 years ago, when I first used it to support my triathlon training in 2014. Since then, Pilates has been a consistent part of my life, helping me build strength, balance, and resilience.

Not at all! Classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience. Jasmin will guide you through each movement with clear instructions.
In – Person Classes: Just yourself & a drink, equipment provided.
Online Classes: Mat, ball, block and band.
Yes – Jasmin is a Level 4 qualified personal trainer with specialist training in Exercise Referral and Lower Back Pain. Please let her know about any health conditions beforehand so exercises can be adapted to your needs.
Absolutely! Pilates is low-impact and can be adapted to suit any age or ability, focusing on safe and effective movement.
Yes – Jasmin offers an Online Studio you can purchase and follow at your own pace. These are designed to give you the same clear guidance as her in-person classes.
